We are farther apart, more "connected", and more alone than ever. Raising a child takes a village, but sometimes that village needs to be created for the family to thrive. Postpartum Doula Services brings professional support to you. While most of the focus shifts to baby we are here to support you through the transitions and to assist you with what needs to be done while you rest. We are your village. You've got this, and we've got you.

Amenities we provide can include:

-mood disorder monitoring
-basic breastfeeding assistance
-nurturing touch
-assist you in mastering newborn care basics
-meal and snack prep
-light housekeeping
-local errands and grocery shopping
-supporting siblings (including fur/scale babies)
-caring for baby while parent(s) rest or shower

As a postpartum support specialist, the focus is on mom and the family as a whole. While we would be happy to hold baby while you shower, nap and practice small acts of self care, our hope is reduce "supermom syndrome" so you and baby can bond and learn each other. A consultation is the best way to meet and see if we are a good fit for each other. During this time we can discuss your expectations, scheduling, payment, and address any questions or concerns you may have. Packages are Intended to provide care for 4-6 hours daily, 3-5 days a week.
The hours can be customized to suit your needs.

Packages available:

180 Hours- $3300

120 Hours- $2280

60 Hours- $1170

30 Hours- $600

20 Hours- $400

Additional hours can be added at a rate of $20/hour.

I am happy to work out payment plans or creative funding options to ensure services are available to those in need.
If you are interested in hosting a "postpartum shower" for a new parent I am happy to assist. This is a great way for friends and family to shower the new parent(s) in support.

Availability starting June 2021. Introductory pricing is $20/hr. during the hours of 9am-9pm and $30/hr. during the hours of 8pm-8am. Specialty areas include but are not limited to: twins, babywearing, cloth diapering and ecological feeding. Unassisted parenting friendly.
